oVERVIEW

A monitoring and evaluation platform for project teams. MERL helps owners set up logframes, indicators, targets, and reporting periods, then track progress as contributors submit results with evidence — with review workflows, dashboards, and shareable reports.

WHaT I DID

• 01

  Built end-to-end M&E flows: multi-project portfolio, sector templates, and a full logframe tree with drag-and-drop reordering.

• 02

  Implemented multi-contributor data entry toward shared targets, with narratives, multi-file evidence, and draft → submit → approve/reject workflow.

• 03

  Designed role-based access (owner, coordinator, contributor, viewer) with member creation, account suspension, and permission-aware UI.

• 04

  Added progress tracking (off track / at risk / on track / achieved), in-app notifications, target reminders, review queue, and PDF/Excel/CSV report exports with public share links.
